Vinyl flooring in London — hard-wearing, fitted this week.
Sheet vinyl is still the best-value floor for kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Fully waterproof, warm underfoot, hygienic and quick to fit — we supply and fit vinyl across Central and West London, usually within days of measurement.
- 100% waterproof — safe over concrete or plywood
- Kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms & rentals
- Wood, tile and stone effects
- Usually fitted within the same week
Kitchens, bathrooms & busy family homes
Sheet vinyl is the floor we recommend for spaces that see water and spills. It's waterproof top to bottom, joins can be welded for a fully sealed finish, and modern ranges give convincing wood, tile and stone effects without the price tag or maintenance of the real thing.
Landlord & estate agent turnarounds
We're a preferred supplier for estate agents and landlords across London. Vinyl is our go-to for quick refurbishments — measured today, fitted this week, ready for the next tenant.
Cushioned comfort, or a harder commercial finish
Cushioned vinyl has a soft backing that's warmer and quieter underfoot — the usual choice for kitchens and family bathrooms. Where a floor takes heavier traffic, a firmer commercial-grade vinyl holds up better and cleans up more easily. We'll show you both and explain the difference in plain terms.
How the fitting works
We measure the room properly, including doorways and any awkward returns, check the subfloor and lay plywood or a levelling compound if it's needed. The vinyl is then cut in one piece wherever possible, with welded joins where a room is too wide for a single width, and finished with trims at the thresholds.
Common questions
- How quickly can you fit vinyl?
- Usually within the same week as the measurement, and sometimes faster for a single kitchen or bathroom.
- Can vinyl go over my existing floor?
- Often yes, if it's sound and flat. We check at the measurement and tell you if it needs plywood or levelling first, so it's in the quote.
- Is it hard to keep clean?
- No — a sweep and a mop is all it needs, and it's fully waterproof, which is why it suits kitchens and bathrooms so well.
- Do you do trade pricing for landlords and agents?
- Yes. Call the shop and ask for trade pricing — we work with estate agents, landlords, managing agents and councils across London.
