From free measurement to completion — here's how we work.
Having new flooring fitted shouldn't be complicated. This is the process we've followed for every home since 1997.
1. Free measurement
Visit our Harrow Road showroom to discuss your project, or if you're planning a substantial fitting across multiple rooms, book a free measurement. We measure properly, check your subfloor and doorways, and bring samples to show you the options.
2. Choose your flooring
We'll talk you through carpet, laminate, LVT and vinyl. What works for the room, the traffic and your budget. You'll get a clear written quote that includes underlay, gripper rods, door bars and removal of your old flooring. No hidden costs.
3. We fit it ourselves
Our own team does the installation. We move furniture, take up the old floor, prepare the subfloor and fit everything to the same high standard we've maintained across nearly three decades. We tidy up and take the waste away.
4. Aftercare & guarantees
We'll give you some practical advice on caring for your new floor — how to vacuum wool, what to use on LVT and laminate, how to treat spills. If anything isn't right, just call us and we'll come back out and fix it.
