Our family has been in the flooring trade since 1992, and opened the Harrow Road showroom in 1997. Three generations on, we're still the same family in the same shop.
We specialise in all types of flooring — carpet, stair runners, vinyl, laminate, LVT, rugs and artificial grass — for both homes and commercial properties. With decades of combined experience, we offer honest, impartial advice on what genuinely suits your room and your budget.
Being family run, our reputation matters more to us than any single job. Most of our work still comes through recommendation, and we're trusted by Westminster City Council, Kensington & Chelsea, John Barclays, Hyde Park Agencies and Hatton Crest.
We look after everything ourselves — samples, measuring, fitting and aftercare.

Yes — completely free, no obligation. One of our team will come to your home or property anywhere in Central or West London, measure every room, talk through your options and follow up with an honest written quote. If you don't want to go ahead, that's fine.
How quickly can you fit new flooring?

Most domestic jobs are measured within 24–48 hours and fitted within the same week, depending on the material you choose. Stock carpets and popular LVT ranges can often be fitted within a few days. For trade, council and estate agent turnarounds we work to your deadline.
Who does the fitting?

Our own experienced fitters — not subcontractors we've never met. Between the team we have 50 years of combined experience across carpets, LVT, laminate, vinyl, artificial grass and staircases including herringbone runners and stair rods.
What materials and brands do you sell?

Carpets from Cormar, Victoria, Lewis Abbott and other leading British mills (wool, wool-blend and stain-resistant polypropylene), luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) including herringbone and plank, 8–12mm laminate, sheet vinyl for kitchens and bathrooms, artificial grass for gardens and balconies, and hand-knotted Persian and Turkish rugs.
Do you help with underlay, gripper rods and old flooring removal?

Yes. Every quote includes the right underlay for the room, gripper rods, door bars and disposal of your old flooring. There are no hidden extras.
What if I'm not happy with something after fitting?

Call us and we'll come back out. Aftercare is part of the job — if there's a seam, a threshold or anything at all that isn't right, we put it right. We're a family business a few minutes down the road and our reputation matters more than any single job.
