We also specialise in natural flooring, with a strong range of sisal and coir matting for a textured, natural look that suits period homes and modern interiors alike. - Yes. We come to you anywhere in Central or West London, measure every room properly, check the subfloor and doorways, and bring samples with us. There's no charge and no obligation to buy.
- How soon can the carpet be fitted?
- Most domestic carpets are fitted within the same week, and quicker if the carpet comes from our stock rolls. For landlord, agency and council turnarounds we work to your handover deadline.
- What's included in the price?
- Your written quote includes underlay, gripper rods, door bars, taking up the old flooring and taking the waste away. No hidden extras added afterwards.
- Which carpet is best for stairs and hallways?
- A wool twist or a good wool blend holds its shape best on stairs and in hallways. For heavy use, or a rental, a hard-wearing polypropylene is often the sensible choice — we'll show you both side by side.
- Do you fit carpets you didn't supply?
- Our fitting service goes with the carpets we supply, which is how we can stand behind the finished job. Call the shop and tell us what you have in mind and we'll be straight with you about the best way to do it.
